Manuscript Template

A cover letter must accompany each manuscript submission. To ensure that your cover letter includes all required information, use the provided template.

Author Agreement Form

A signed Author Agreement Form must accompany each manuscript submission. Click the file name to download the fillable PDF form.

Take care to complete all required fields, including the article title, corresponding author name, signature, and date, prior to saving and returning this required form. A digital signature is acceptable.
